About Jose Flores

My name is Jose Flores, and I am the owner of JF Design Build, a residential custom-building

company proudly serving Northeast Indiana. With a dual passion for real estate and design, I’ve

built a career around helping people turn their dream homes into reality.

My journey in this field began during high school at Anthis Career Center, where I was first

introduced to the building trades. I graduated from South Side High School and went on to earn a

degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University-Fort Wayne. This educational foundation,

combined with years of hands-on experience, has shaped me into a professional who understands

both the technical and client relations aspect of real estate and construction.

One of the greatest strengths of my services is my team—and that includes my wife, who works

closely with me on design and client relations. Her eye for detail and shared passion for

excellence bring valuable balance to our projects. Together, we guide our clients through every

step of the process, ensuring their needs are not only met, but exceeded.

The two of us are bilingual in Spanish and English, which allows us to better serve our diverse

community and create a more inclusive, welcoming experience for every client we work with.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, swimming, exploring the world of gastronomy and

architectural design. These interests not only fuel my creativity but also broaden my

understanding of how people live and what makes a space truly feel like home.

As a builder and broker, I strive to deliver exceptional service rooted in trust, craftsmanship, and

care. Whether it's helping someone buy their first home or creating a custom space from the

ground up, my mission is simple: to build with purpose and serve with heart.
